    1. Load all the standard install disks on the harddrive.  Also add

the current copy of the demo programs.

    2. Load PCMCIA Drivers Version 3.03 (A: INSTALL)

    3. Load COMIT and setup using /S as follows:

            COM Port = Com 3 IRQ 4 03E8

            Initialization String = ATN3&K3%C3

                                        or

                                    ATN6Q3JOV1%C1 for  Fax modem 14.4

                                                      Group III V.32 Data

Note: use Custom Modem number 99 to enter string.

    4. Load other applications as needed.

    5. Now Windows programs need to be loaded over the net. To do so the

laptop needs to access the net.

      A) Place the floppy boot disk in drive A: and reboot.  This will

login the laptop to the net as MAIN2.

      B) To load windows for workgroups type w: to get onto the w: drive,

then go to the winwg.set directory, type setup and answer the

          questions.

      C) To load office, get onto the w: drive in the msoffice directory,

type win, then when windows is up type setup. Office will install.

    6. Install the modem in either PCMCIA slot.
