The MT1200 Touchscreen from Mitsutech (also known as MJI) is an 800 x 600 12″ LCD Touchscreen with Elographics touch. Adjustments are digital and made using four buttons located on the lower left front of the display. The power button is located on the lower right front.
Configuration
Display of Touch Menus software can be improved by changing the factory configuration as follows:
Turn on Smart Scaling
1. Press Menu to bring up the menu window.
2. Press Select, Select, Plus, to choose Screen Setting.
3. Press Select, Select to highlight Smart Scaling, and if off, press Plus to turn on.
Adjust Screen Position
1. Run Touchnet, as screen should only be adjusted when running in Touchnet’s video mode.
2. Press Menu to bring up the menu window.
3. Press Select, Plus, to choose Position.
4. Press Select to highlight H-Size and press Plus or Minus as needed to adjust.
5. Press Select again to highlight H-Position and press Plus or Minus as needed to adjust.
6. Press Select again to highlight V-Position and press Plus or Minus as needed to adjust.
Touch/Calibration
The MSI1200 uses the standard Elographics 2210 touchscreen controller. Touch Menus standard Elographics drivers and Autoexec.Bat commands will work. Calibration can be performed using DemoCal if it is available, or EloCalib if not. Standard 9 pin serial touch cables are used.
Power
Power is provided by a 12VDC, 3.5A, Linearity external power supply, model LAD4212B.
