The instructions that follow assume that the application being styled follows the naming conventions and general structure of Touch Menus current program templates.

      1. Copy CALLIN.CHN and CALLERID.WIN into the application directory from another application using this feature.
      2. Immediately prior to displaying the START page, add the command Activate Cus:Account.
      3. On the START page, add a button for line 1 with the command Hot Key Alt-1.
      4. Add buttons as needed for line 2, line 3, etc.  Change the Hot Key command to Alt-2, Alt-3, etc.
      5. Add a secret zone to the top right corner of the START page with the command Chain to CALLIN.  Press Alt-K and assign a key substitution to be the {Enter} key.  Verify that no other zones on the page or    margin have the {Enter} key assigned.
      6. In the DELIVERY chain or whatever chain is called after the phone number has passed all checks for validity, add the command Deactivate Variable.
