    Co-sessions SCRP1 Installation Procedures

    SCRP1 is for a location where styling changes, sales and management functions are all generated at the answering location.
    At Office

      1. Create SXL directory and install Co-sessions XL.
      2. Create SXLPROG subdirectory and install the customer files.
      3. While in the SXL directory type SCALLID and create a phone directory entry with the appplication directory name.  Be sure to use all caps.
      4. In the CHOOSE main menu create an option called File Transfers and put the following entries in the sub-menu:

                Night Transfer    – C – SXLPROG – TRANSFER – (application)
                Day Transfer      – C – SXLPROG – TRANSMAN – (application)

        5.  Create the remaining subdirectories to be used as buffer areas for the transfer as follows:
     

                SXL

                  |–PROG

        6.  At the DOS prompt run TIME and verify that the current time is correct.
    At Store

      1. Create HOST directory and install Co-sessions HOST.
      2. Create a customer subdirectory off of HOST with the same name as the Touchnet application directory and copy in the customer files.
      3. While in the HOST directory type in PHONE and make sure the DEFAULT entry has the correct modem and COM port settings.
      4. In the CHOOSE main menu create an option called File Transfers and put the following entries in the sub-menu:

                Night Transfer  – C – HOST(application) – ANSWER  – (application)
                Day Transfer    – C – HOST(application) – ANSWMAN – (application)
                End Day Transfer- C – HOST(application) – ENDMAN  – (application)

        5.  Create the remaining subdirectories to be used as buffer areas for the transfer as follows:
         

                    HOST
                      |
                      |- (application)
                          |
                          |- MENU
                          |
                          |- DATA
                          |     
                          |- REPORTS

        6. From the DOS prompt run TIME and verify that the current time is correct.
