    This can be caused by a full Last Order file.

    Go to Win-EZ  Manager and drop down the “Tools” menu on the top menu bar.  The second selection is “Rebuild Customer Last Order” .  Click it and select Okay when told it will delete all customer orders.  It is really telling you that it is deleting all customer “LAST” orders.
