    When adding new files to win-ez or client, be sure the files are zipped and extract them within the desired folder. Just dropping files in will not set the sharing properties correctly and cause the terminals to not boot.

    Hi Tony,
    Give me a call when you have a chance. Couple of things I want to try. 1. did you reboot the terminal. 2. did you recently upgrade the FOH. I might need to get a copy of it and put it on our server to test it out.
