    This is a serial reader for use specifically with kiosks.  It reads more reliably when the card is withdrawn than inserted.

    The module CS.MOD is for using the reader for credit card verification.  It uses the utility CSSEROUT.EXE for both interfacing to the reader and passing data between Touchnet and ICVerify.
