As with all anti virus and firewall software, all apps required to operate Win-Ez should be set to pass through. This will vary on the different types of software. We currently have gone to Windows
Live One Care. With the release of Norton 2006 we noticed A considerable performance loss on startup/shutdown, as well as updates, causing some programs to hang or not load properly. Obviously this will be something that we will continue to have to deal with. Any input from the community on this would be welcomed.

I have noticed that if you install Windows Live One care with the 90 day trial, that you should be sure to activate the account [color=red:7a1hcdtk][i:7a1hcdtk][b:7a1hcdtk]BEFORE[/b:7a1hcdtk][/i:7a1hcdtk][/color:7a1hcdtk] the trial runs out! If not you may receive an error message when you try to add A token to the account created for A particular site. When this occurs, you will be required to remove WLOC, run their clean-up app, and reinstall. Unfortunately this will require someone on site. The tool can be found here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/3/a/5/3a55dc68-6466-43e8-b886-f6e1ab829d12/OneCareCleanup.exe%5B/url:7a1hcdtk%5D Once reinstalled all programs required to pass through should then be set (LMI,C/C,Printing etc.)
