This is a direct thermal Bar Code Printer. It is currently supported only for printing labels, not barcodes. It needs special commands to perform any printing. The module called Blaster.EXE will incorporte any and all support for this printer.

Installed RAM: 128K standard, 256 optional

            *              122K – image buffer
            *              4K – text buffer

Media types: direct thermal paper or vinyl, visible light and infrared scannable label and tag stock, butt cut or die cut, with various adhesives.

Interface: RS-232 serial and /or Centronics parallel.

Serial port parameters:

            *              Baud rates: 600,1200,2400,4800,9600,19200
            *              Parity: Odd, Even or None
            *              Data bits: 7 or 8
            *              Stop bits: 1 or 2
            *              Handshaking: RTS/CTS or XON/XOFF
            *              Connector: DB9 female on rear panel

        Acceptable combinations of above parameters:

        N,8,1 or N,8,2 or O,7,1 or O,8,1 or E,7,1 or E,8,1

Electical requirements: UL (U.S.A) and CSA (Canada) approved models – AC power transformer electrical input 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 80 watts average while printing, output 19.6 VAC.
