HASPSERV Copy Protection Utility for DOS
Version 7.0
Last edited: December 15, 2003 08:08 AM
This TSR utility is required for Networks that use the HASP copy protection device to protect their Touch Menus Programs and modules. If the HASP is used on a Non-Networked machine, HaspServ.EXE is NOT required.

Instructions
1. Select One Workstation or Server in your network with an LPT1:port. This can be any station, the MAIN server is recomended. Attach the HASP device to the LPT Port.
2. On this station – Place HaspServ.EXE in your C:Utility directory, or another directory that is included in your PATH statement.
3. In the Autoexec.BAT for this station, after the REDIR statement, place the command – ‘HASPSERV’
This is all that is necesary for TouchNet or any other HASP-protected programs to find the device. Note that HASPSERV will detect the HASP on any LPT port, other utilities such as RAP only work with LPT1.
