If using Net E-Pay for processing they have created a site to activate the software after receiving the license file.
To download the software go to:
http://www.datacapepay.com/Contact Datacap to pay and receive permanent license file.
Then go to
http://www.activate.datacapepay.com/
To activate the license.Very little human contact with Data Cap by this method.
