    Set Video Mode Module

    This module is required on systems using the 1994 revision of the AMI Windowed BIOS.  This BIOS incorrectly sets the video board to an 8×14 display mode on bootup.  The SVM module corrects it to 9×16.  When in the incorrect video mode the bottoms of boxes will be cut off in any of our software.  The correction is to place SVM.EXE in the TOOLS directory and add the line ‘SVM 3’ to the AUTOEXEC.BAT.
