A basic Blue Shark terminal needs a BIOS change out of the box.
In the “Advanced BIOS features” section, make sure that the “First Boot Device” is set to “USB-HDD”
If you are using any other terminal type you simply need to make sure that the main drive is mounted, and that the USB device is set to be the primary boot drive.
Once these changes have been made, you can proceed with the setup below.
Plug the flash loader into the USB port on the terminal. Make sure that the Network and Touch Screen are plugged in.
Boot the terminal. The image loader will prompt you to remove the flash drive when it has finished writing the drive image.
Reboot the terminal, and you will be presented with a calibration screen. After calibration, you will be presented with a setup screen. Select a terminal number, and the machine will reboot. After a minute or so you will be presented with a Log On screen.
The terminal is now set up!
