Description of Operation

The program is run in the application directory.  It is actually a version of Darrins CUS_MGR modified for Papa John.  Although the full CUS_MGR menu is displayed, only the Import Business, and Import Residence options should be selected.  When run, these options append the database to any CUS_MGR entries already existing.
Operating Requirements

The files to be imported are called RESIDENC.DAT and BUSINESS.DAT and are in fixed length format.  They must be located in the DATA directory.
Variable usage

Cus_mgr fields loaded are:

      1. Account(local phone)
      2. Name
      3. Street
      4. Memo2(grid)
      5. City
      6. State
      7. Zip
      8. Phone(w/area code)
      9. Extra2
