This document contains information pertaining to the necessary styling and the report module called TACOMGR2. The report module consists of two reports 1) Sales Summary & 2) Real Time Labor. The Sales Summary report is dependent on specific styling to produce the specified information.
The Sales Summary reports on Sales and Labor information. It is comprised of four sections. The first section is a group report. The second section is a hourly net sales/productivity report. The third section is a labor information section. The fourth section of the report is a reconciliation for each employee that looks like this:
Sales 0.00
Cash In Till 0.00
Cash Drops (+) 0.00
Register Fund (-) 0.00
Cash Collected (0.00
Over/Short (0.00 (Difference between Sales and Cash Collected)
This section is dependent on the styling for the information. Touchnet is styled to print information to a file, which TACOMGR2 picks up and posts to the appropriate journal file.
The File is called CASH.PRN and it is located in the DATA directory. It is created by defining a printer within TOUCHNET which is a file and attached to node MAIN. The file contains the following information:
Text Variable
NOTE: Kind = Branch
Where Branch is set Date = Decimal Date (6 digit numeric)
to determine the type Employee = Employee Number (4 digit numeric)
of transaction. Kind = Branch (2 digit numeric)
