In the LANtastic login you can just hit cancel with the user name support you will see the regular windows that you are suppose to only be able to see if you are logged in as support. To fix this problem you will need to fallow the instructions in this document.

1. Go to properties in network neighborhood “right click network neighborhood choose properties”
2. Click on the add Button
3. Choose Client

5. Choose Client for Microsoft Networks
6. Change the primary network login to client for Microsoft networks
7. Click on the ok button it will ask you to restart to pick up the changes choose yes
8. It will reboot with the windows login screen enter in support for user name and touchm for password
9. Go to properties in network neighborhood “right click network neighborhood choose properties”
10. . Click on the remove button
11. . Choose client for Microsoft networks
12. . Change the primary network login to windows login

Windows95 has crashed and you want to re-install Windows95You have everything you need. Everything except that pesky little Product ID Number!!! So you try to use another ID number from another store or from Touch Menus, but It Won’t Work! All is not lost if you haven’t formatted your Hard Drive yet. Here’s what to do:
1) Boot to a DOS Prompt.
2) Change directory to Windows
3) type EDIT SYSTEM.DAT
4) Search for the string OEM
5) Write down the number listed by the words PRODUCT ID =This is your product ID number you will need to Re-install Windows 95.
