    Batch Purge and Reinitialization

Occasionally the TraPr software and DataTran hardware can get out of sync with each other in tracking batch information. When this occurs the only solution is to purge and reinitialize them.

WARNING: This proceedure will erase any authorizations that have not been approved for settlement by the authorization service.

    1. Open TraPr and select Diagnostics.

    2. Select the Raw Data tab.

    3. In the text to DataTran box, enter: AT&UB6 * * * * * * *
Note: There is a space between each asterisk.

    4. Click on Send, then click on Receive.

    5. You should see a response code echoed back. If you see an error message, you have either typed the command in wrong, or the DataTran is not properly communicating with TraPr.

    6. Click on Close, then shut down TraPr by right clicking on the main screen and selecting Shut Down.

    7. Using My Computer, go to the Program FilesTraPr directory and delete Batch.Dat by right clicking on it and selecting Delete.
Note: You may have to log in under Support to have access to this file.

    8. Restart TraPr, by logging in again as TM Customer and you should be up and running.
