With a Vista server the setup is the same as 2003. Things to look for when you have terminal connection issues. There are a couple reg keys that need set. They are as follows.

Allow Lan Man Auth:

HKLMSystemCurrent control setServices Remote Access policy
0= NO
1= Yes
HKLMSystemCurrent control setControlLSA

LMcompatibility level (Change) 3 to 1

These settings are normally installed with the Manager installer. Some pre-installed AV, firewalls etc will alter these. You must remember to run all the installers AS ADMIN!!!! The rest is the same as the 2003 set up outlined in the previous post.
