    Starting with Ver 2.09 Win-EZ Manager has a dependence on DX9 for the 3D chart drawing routines. If DX9 is not present in some older (~2.16 – 2.19) versions, the reports would run, but charts would not be displayed. The later versions will actually display an error for 3DChartM.ocx, and the report will not display.

    DirectX 9 can be installed by running Windows Update. Be sure to use the “Custom” option, as DX9 will not show up on the Update List if the “Express” option is used.
