It has been determined that certain ISP’s are filtering Port 25 (the common port for SMTP) While allowing mail to [i:em6wowem][b:em6wowem]their[/b:em6wowem][/i:em6wowem] servers they are filtering this port to other mail servers. SBC is known to do this. Their are two options. 1.) Use this link http://help.sbcglobal.net/servabuse.php. This takes you to the SBC server abuse page. Under abuse type choose [i:em6wowem]OPT Out port #25[/i:em6wowem]. Or contact you ISP for something similar 2.) Wait for the release version 2.27, this will be addressed in software by using a different port.
